Inspection

At your inspection, we collect data on hundreds of items.

 

Upon completion of the inspection, we engage in an interactive tour of the property with you.

Report

A comprehensive inspection report is generated and emailed to you.

With our report, you can potentially renegotiate the sale and save money.

We believe you should know as much about your investment as possible.

We belong to top-tier home inspection associations and strictly follow a Standards of Practice. We also participate in continuing education to keep up-to-date with modern construction techniques and code changes.

During the course of our inspection, we will explain the condition of the building and it's systems. We will cover the major issues, and other points of interest to your and your agent.
