What to Expect

The Home Inspection Process

Call, text, email, or book online to request an appointment time

Once we approve your inquiry, we will add you to our calendar.

At your inspection, we collect data on hundreds of items.

Upon completion of the inspection, we engage in an interactive tour of the property with you.

A comprehensive inspection report is generated and emailed to you.

With our report, you can potentially renegotiate the sale and save money.

We believe you should know as much about your investment as possible.

During the course of our inspection, we will explain the condition of the building and it's systems. We will cover the major issues, and other points of interest to your and your agent. All of which will be documented in an electronic report. If you have any questions regarding the process, or the report, you are encouraged to reach out to us any time!
